LM Contracts Services Ltd is a specialist surface finishing and construction business based in Glenavy, County Antrim, working across 30 towns and villages within roughly 20 miles.
Who we are
A specialist business, not a general one
Most contractors who will coat a window sill also do everything else, and sills are a small line on a long list. We built this business the other way round: surface finishing is the specialism, and the construction work exists to support it.
That focus is the point. Granite-effect sill restoration, resin flooring and protective coatings look like three different trades, but they are the same discipline applied to different substrates. Assess what is actually there, understand why the last finish failed, prepare thoroughly, then specify a system that suits the conditions rather than the one that happens to be in the van.
Doing the general construction work as well means a job does not stall waiting for another trade to make a substrate fit to finish. If a slab needs patching before it can take resin, or a sill needs rebuilding before it can take a coating, it is handled as part of the same job by the same people.

Preparation decides everything
Coatings and resin systems do not usually fail because the material was wrong. They fail because something was left underneath them: loose material, contamination, organic growth, a live crack, or moisture with nowhere to go. That is why the majority of our time on any job goes into what happens before the finish.
Specify for the building in front of you
An older solid wall needs to release moisture vapour. A slab without a working damp proof membrane needs a moisture-tolerant system. A gloss floor that will get wet needs slip resistance designed into it. None of that can be decided from a price list, which is why we look first.
Say no when no is the right answer
A sill with structural cracking needs repair or replacement, not a coating over the top. A wall that is wet because of a failing gutter needs the gutter fixed. We would rather turn work down or point at the real problem than take payment for something we already know will not last.
No claims we cannot stand over
You will not find invented review scores, borrowed photographs, made-up accreditations or lifespan guarantees on this website. We are a young company and we would rather earn the credibility than manufacture it.
