Who we are

What we collect

We only collect what you choose to send us. If you use the quote form or the sill quick quote, that means:

• Your name
• Your phone number
• Your email address, if you provide one
• Your postcode
• The service you are asking about and any detail you write
• Any photograph you choose to attach

We do not ask for and do not want payment details, financial information, or any special category data through this website.

Why we use it, and our lawful basis

We use your details for one purpose: to reply to your enquiry, arrange a site visit if appropriate, and provide a quotation. Our lawful basis is legitimate interests, specifically responding to a request you have made of us, and where a job proceeds, the performance of a contract.

We do not use your details for marketing, we do not add you to a mailing list, and we do not sell or share your information with anyone for their own purposes.

How it is handled and who processes it

Form submissions are delivered to us by email through Resend, an email delivery provider acting as our processor. The website itself is hosted by Vercel. Neither uses your enquiry for their own purposes.

Photographs you attach are sent with the email and are not stored on this website or published anywhere. We would never use a photograph of your property on this site or on social media without asking you first.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not lead to work are kept for up to two years, so we have context if you come back to us. Where work goes ahead, records are kept for six years in line with normal business and tax record keeping.

Cookies and analytics

This website sets no advertising cookies and does no cross-site tracking.

Where website analytics is enabled, it is used only to count visits and see which pages and contact buttons are used, so we can improve the site. IP addresses are anonymised. Analytics loads only if it has been configured; if it has not, no third-party analytics request is made from this site at all.

You can block cookies through your browser settings. Doing so will not stop any part of this website working.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you have the right to ask for a copy of the information we hold about you, to have it corrected if it is wrong, to ask us to delete it, to object to or restrict how we use it, and to ask for it in a portable format. To exercise any of these, contact us using the details above and we will respond within one month.

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk, or by calling their helpline on 0303 123 1113.
